Swedish Massage

A Swedish Massage is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork. It combines oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help the body improve its circulation. The benefits of this type of bodywork are wide-ranging and include relief from aches and pains, decreased stress levels in the body, enhanced mental clarity, improved appearance, and greater flexibility.

Deep Tissue Massage

Deep Tissue Massage is a form of bodywork that aims to relieve tension in the deeper layers of tissue in the body. Deep Tissue Massage is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries. Due to the nature of the deep tissue work, open communication during the session is crucial to make sure you don't get too uncomfortable. Keep in mind that soreness is pretty common after the treatment, and that plenty of water should be ingested to aid with the flushing and removal of toxins that will have been released from the deep tissue during the session.

Hot Stone Therapy

Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils and massaged into the body. The therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. The stones are used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.

Lymphatic Drainage

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy aims to gently and rhythmically move the lymph through the body, especially swollen areas of the body, relieving pressure and enhancing the functioning of the immune system. As both a preventative and remedial technique, LD can be used for a wide range of purposes including faster recovery from injury, reduction of swelling and discomfort from pregnancy, and strengthened resistance to illness.

Ultrasonic Fat Cavitation

Ultrasonic or ultrasound cavitation uses ultrasound technology to break down fat cells below the skin. It is a non-surgical method of reducing cellulite and localized fat. This procedure involves applying pressure on fat cells through ultrasonic vibrations.  

Vacuum & BiPolar RF

Vacuum bipolar radiofrequency treatment is designed to remove body fat in a very targeted way while also promoting skin tightening. It's an excellent treatment for cellulite and fat reduction. It is pain-free, completely safe, carries no unpleasant side effects, and is non-invasive.

Body RF

Radiofrequency (RF) therapy, or radiofrequency skin tightening, is a nonsurgical method of tightening your skin. The treatment involves using energy waves to heat the deep layer of your skin, known as the dermis. This heat stimulates the production of collagen. Collagen is the most common protein in your body.

Face Lift RF

During radio-frequency (RF) skin tightening, providers use an electromagnetic device that generates heat to stimulate the production of collagen, elastin, and new skin cells. This non-surgical facelift firms up sagging skin. The results are temporary, but they're similar to a surgical facelift.

Laser Lipolisis

The treatment is called "laser lipo." It relies on laser energy instead of incisions to slim the body quickly and with minimal effort on the part of the patient. During the procedure, Dr. Collin will target fat deposits using laser-emitting pads, causing the fat cells to shrink and disperse their contents. 

MediCupping/Vacuum Therapy

Cupping therapy is a form of alternative medicine in which a local suction is created on the skin with the application of heated cups.

MediCupping mimics the effects of a deep tissue massage in a gentle, easy to receive way. Unlike deep tissue massage MediCupping uses suction to pull tissues away from where they are adhered to release them gently.
